As a Retail Store Associate of the Onitsuka Tiger Store in Berlin, you'll be part of the team that brings the brand and the store results to a higher level. Onitsuka Tiger is growing as a high fashion brand in Germany; you can be part of that and work closely with a team of 5 unique retail talents. As a salesperson, you are the client specialist and will help the Onitsuka Tiger brand grow into the most iconic Japanese high fashion lifestyle brand throughout the European region.

At Onitsuka Tiger you’ll:

· Delivering a memorable retail experience to store visitors

· Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect

· Help daily to have great sales results and happy customers

· Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store, both footwear and apparel

· Maintaining merchandising standards following brand guidelines

· Following the operational procedures in the store and in the stock room

· Keeping up to date with current fashion trends and the brand's place within the market

· Support any other tasks that maybe be necessary and requested

You offer Onitsuka Tiger:

· Experience as a retail sales associate, you understand the retail business

· Excellent English and German speaking

· Living in Berlin, with a maximum of 45 minutes travel to the store

· You love interacting with and advising customers

· You set an excellent example for the rest of the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience

· You have a positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills

· A self-starter with respect for your colleagues

· You are passionate about Onitsuka Tiger, fashion, and retail in general
