【Remote】Business Development Manager (JA speaker)

We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.

We are looking for Junior Business Developer to join our dynamic team.

※ Please note that this is a remote position offered under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
※ We are unable to provide a German work visa, as the role is structured as a freelance contract.

◼︎Responsibilities:
- Growing business in Japan by generating qualified leads;
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels;
- Develop and implement strategies for business development in the Japanese and broader Asian markets;
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth;
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects;
- Maintain and update CRM database.

◼︎Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken);
- Proficiency in English is essential;
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales;
- Experience in market research and analysis.
- Previous experience in the Asian market is preferred;
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively in diverse environments.
