ハウスマスターを募集しています。
時給15ユーロ、約月13時間。200ユーロ。もっと働けば時給はそのままで働いた分お支払いします。

住宅物件の管理を手伝っていただける信頼できる方を募集しています。業務内容は以下のとおりです。

入居者からの電話対応（主に水回り関連の緊急トラブルへの対応を含む）。

軽微なトラブルを可能な限り点検・修理する。

より深刻な問題が発生した場合には、専門業者（配管工または電気技師）に連絡する。

以下の業務をお願いします。

週に1回（1回あたり約20～30分）物件を訪問し、設備が正常に機能しているか確認し、ゴミが回収されているか、共用エリアにゴミがないかを確認する。

冬季（年間約5～6ヶ月）に暖房システムを点検する。通常は、特別な対応は必要ありません。

想定される作業量：

月間約5～7時間

緊急事態（例：浸水、その他の重大なトラブル）により、月に10時間を超えて勤務した場合、10時間を超える時間については時給20ユーロをお支払いします。

またハウスクリーナーも募集します。
週1回、ハウスクリーニング×4回合計　200ユーロ

どちらか一方、または両方でも構いません。

We are seeking a reliable person to help take care of a residential property. The responsibilities include:

Answering tenant calls, including responding to emergency issues, typically water-related.
Inspecting and repairing minor problems when possible.
Contacting professionals (our plumber or electrician) for more serious issues.

You must be available to:

Visit the property once a week (about 20–30 minutes per visit) to check that everything is working properly, ensure trash is collected, and confirm there is no rubbish in public/common areas.
Inspect the heating system during the winter months (approx. 5–6 months/year). Usually, no action is needed.

Estimated workload:

Approximately 5–7 hours per month.

If, due to an emergency (e.g. flooding or other major issues), you work more than 10 hours in a month, you will be paid €20/hour for any time beyond the first 10 hours.
