【主な業務内容】
このポジションはヘルプデスクチームのシニアサポートエンジニアとして、幅広い業務を担当していただきます。内容はユーザーサポート（クライアント対応）からインフラサポートまで多岐にわたり、サーバーやネットワーク機器など主要インフラ機器の管理も含まれます。
将来的には、ご経験や希望に応じてサポートチームでのリーダーシップを発揮したり、システム管理者、ITインフラエンジニア、セキュリティエンジニア、プロジェクトマネージャーといったより専門性の高い職種へキャリアを広げることも可能です。その際には、クライアントへの改善提案や、ITインフラの設計および実装といった、より高いレベルの業務をお任せします。
- PCヘルプデスク（リモートサポート・オンサイトサポート）、Windows Server、M365サポート、PCセットアップ、PC移行
- ネットワーク設計／運用：Cisco ルーター／スイッチ、Cisco Meraki AP、HPE Switch、FortiGate、Cato socketなど
- トラブルシューティング
- 業務内容によってはクライアント先でのオンサイトサポート（週2〜3日程度）
- プロジェクトによっては週末作業が発生する場合あり
【必須スキル・経験（MUST）】
- ITサポート、システム／ネットワーク運用・保守の実務経験5年以上（特にWindows環境）
- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
- ドイツ語（C1〜）または日本語（N2〜）での流暢なコミュニケーション能力
【歓迎条件（Preferable）】
- 普通自動車運転免許
【その他条件】
クライアント先へのオンサイト対応があるため、オフィスから30分以内で通勤可能な場所に居住していること

[Main responsibilities]
The role will be as a Senior Support Engineer within the Help Desk team. It involves a broad range of responsibilities, from user support dealing with client-facing issues to infrastructure support, including managing core infrastructure devices such as servers and network equipment.
As for career development, potential paths include taking on a leadership position within the support team, progressing into more advanced roles such as Systems Administrator, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Security Engineer, or Project Manager. In these cases, you will be entrusted with tasks such as proposing improvements to clients and taking on design and implementation responsibilities.
- PC help desk (remote support, on-site support), Windows Server, M365 support, PC Setup, PC Migration.
- Network Design/Operation : Cisco router/switch, Cisco Meraki AP, HPE Switch, FortiGate, Cato socket.
- Troubleshooting
- Depending on the operation case, there may be on-site support at the customer's site (about 2-3 days a week)
- Depending on the project, there may be some work on weekends.
[Required skills and experiences]
*MUST*
- More than 5 years of experience in IT support, systems & networks operation and maintenance, particularly in a Windows environment, is a must.
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German(C1～) or Japanese(N2～)

- Driver's license
[Other Requirements]
As on-site support at client locations is required, candidates should live within a 30-minute commute from the office.
