Job profile

A Japanese Freight Forwarding company is looking for someone that is responsible for overseas removals operations.

Hours

8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)

Main roles

• Coordinate removal operations & office administration with local staff
• Communicate with offices in Japan
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to operations staff as required
• Liaise with customers and deal with customers inquiries effectively

Who we are looking for

Must have:
• Fluent Japanese & Fluent English. Dutch is preferable.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and organisation skills
• High levels of accuracy
• Good numerical skills
• Familiar with Microsoft office
• Full driving license
• Ability to travel without restriction
