In this lesson, it is not important either you can do any posture to not, yet more important to focus on breathing and controlling our mind. We learn the techniques and knowledge which have been passed generation to generation for many years and I will share them which are based on ancient scriptures and sutras of Buddhism and Yoga. It is private lesson or counseling session, so you can follow your own rhythm without rushing or being pressured. We all are seeking for happiness and we can gain it by practicing to reduce sufferings. No one can do it for you, we all have opportunities to make ti happen by ourselves.
